Balance is a massive key in my coaching. I know that life isn’t always perfect, and your fitness plan shouldn’t expect it to be. My programs are designed to fit into your life, not take it over. I’m transparent and realistic with my clients if your schedule or stress levels change, I’ll adjust your plan so it continues to work for you.
My focus is on helping you see small wins every day not just aesthetic ones, but progress in your strength, mindset, and consistency. I’m here to make sure your training supports your goals and your lifestyle, not the other way around.

This will always be tailored to you. During our initial consultation, we’ll chat about your goals, schedule, and current fitness level, then decide what’s realistic and effective. Whether that’s two sessions a week or five, we’ll create a plan that sets you up for long-term success not burnout.

Absolutely! I’m a hybrid trainer, which means you can work with me either in person, online, or a mix of both. If you prefer, we can also do sessions via Zoom perfect if you train from home or travel often.

My Story

I’ve always loved being active. Growing up, I was that girl who couldn’t wait for PE lessons and spent hours in the pool swimming for fun. Sport was a huge part of my childhood until I got into my late teens. Around the age of 15, I fell into that phase where it wasn’t “cool” to enjoy PE anymore. I started pulling away from the things that once made me feel alive and strong.

As I got older, that disconnect grew. I struggled with my weight, my relationship with food, and with my mindset. I started going out drinking, found myself chasing quick fixes, and self-conscious, constantly starting and stopping my fitness journey. I would drive out of my town just to go running where no one could see me because I didn’t feel confident enough to be seen trying.

It wasn’t easy to rebuild from that place. But through trial and error, education, and showing up for myself, I slowly discovered what fitness really means. It stopped being about chasing perfection and became about finding strength, confidence, and balance. The changes I experienced physically and mentally reshaped my entire outlook on life.

That’s why I became a coach. To help others who feel stuck, lost, or trapped in those same destructive cycles. I want to show you that fitness can be empowering, freeing, and life-changing when approached with the right mindset and guidance.

Fast forward to the last couple of years of my own fitness journey... I fell in love with strength training and Olympic weightlifting.
What started as a way to challenge myself became something I’m truly passionate about a sport that constantly pushes me out of my comfort zone, teaches discipline, and builds real, inner confidence. Competing in weightlifting has shown me what’s possible when you stop doubting yourself and start backing yourself.

I’m not just a coach who wants to see her clients thrive I’m someone who walks the same path. I’m constantly striving to elevate myself, to keep learning, to keep growing, and to embody the strength and resilience I want to instil in others.

Now, as I continue to deepen my knowledge and constantly expand my expertise my goal is simple:
