This program is designed to do more than simply give you workouts.

Over the next 8 weeks, you'll follow a structured coaching system designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, develop lean muscle, and create the habits needed for long-term body composition success.

Phase 1: Build The Foundations

The first phase focuses on establishing consistency, learning movement patterns, improving technique, and building the structure needed for long-term progress.

You'll develop confidence in the gym, learn how to train effectively, and begin tracking measurable progress.

Phase 2: Build Strength & Muscle

Once the foundations are in place, we'll begin progressively increasing training demands to stimulate muscle growth, improve strength, and enhance overall fitness.

The focus shifts towards progressive overload, performance, and measurable improvements in your physique and fitness levels.


Phase 3: Putting the pieces together

By this stage, you'll have built a strong foundation of consistency, structure, and training confidence.You'll begin to see how strength training, structured progression, and consistency work together to improve body composition, movement quality, fitness, and confidence.

By this stage, you'll have started to develop the structure, habits, and training knowledge needed to continue progressing long after the programme ends.
